In recognition of the need and benefit of BIPOC only coaching spaces, each month in The Flow Collective we hold a BIPOC call led by Mars Lord for our members of colour, where you can freely share, get coached and be supported.

You can get coached on any topic you want, it needn’t be about race though these calls will always recognise the lens of race and ethnicity.

This page is only accessible to members who have self-identified as BIPOC, so these calls cannot be accessed by white members.

To ensure the safety of these calls, it is a requirement that you have your video on when attending live. We’re confident that a white member wouldn’t be able to slip through our system, but people can be weird sometimes.
