Anger and resentment about a C

I am having lots of thoughts about a circumstance and it keeps bringing up feelings of anger and resentment. My thought downloads are a little muddled and I would like some help to unpack them if this is possible. Thanks 🙏

  1. Is it a problem that your thoughts are bringing up anger and resentment? 
  2. If yes, why is that a problem?
Thought downloads (TDs) are allowed to be messy and muddled. It’s where we get to give our brains the space to be uncomfortable, confusing and honest, kind and brutal without judgment. 
Sometimes, it’s possible that we can try to ignore our feelings by doing TDs so we can just figure ‘it’ out faster, or jump into a more comfortable feeling model…if this is where you are that’s okay, but jumping to a better feeling won’t dissolve your anger. 
Anger and resentment are just as normal and valid as joy and contentment. It’s okay to feel them…and you can do it in a healthy way. We’re here to help you figure out how. What are you looking for clarity on right now?
