Please could you let me know what you think about my first goal for the year:
Power word for the year – self-belief
Goal – to prioritise my mental health and physical fitness
Rocks:
1. track alcohol consumption on Drinkaware app with aim of not exceeding 14 units
2. aim to exercise 4 times a week (2 Pilates and 2 HIIT)
3. set aside and aim for 2 hours a week for self reflection with Flow Collective (AAC, coaching calls, podcast)
Sand:
1. Read the 2 books I’ve bought about alcohol moderation
2. Continue using Joe Wicks app and meal plan
3. Journal and celebrate daily if possible!
