2025 goals

Hi coaches
Please could you let me know what you think about my first goal for the year:
Power word for the year – self-belief
Goal – to prioritise my mental health and physical fitness
Rocks:
1. track alcohol consumption on Drinkaware app with aim of not exceeding 14 units
2. aim to exercise 4 times a week (2 Pilates and 2 HIIT)
3. set aside and aim for 2 hours a week for self reflection with Flow Collective (AAC, coaching calls, podcast)
Sand:
1. Read the 2 books I’ve bought about alcohol moderation
2. Continue using Joe Wicks app and meal plan
3. Journal and celebrate daily if possible!

This looks great. I’d like to invite you to check in with yourself on this. Notice what arises for you when you look at your rocks. Is there any thread that’s being tugged on? Why? Lean into that self-belief and follow the thread to see if it might lead to more clarity or self-awareness.
