2025 power word, goals and rocks

Hello, please coach me on my output from the visualization exercise from last week.

Power word: PLAY
Rocks to help me achieve this: 1) Simplify. 2) Experiment or Be curious. 3) Don’t be afraid to ask. For help, and questions.

2025 annual goals:
1) Complete my move and build my environment. (For context, I’ve just decided to move out of my current room.)
2) Win 5 client projects and generate over 620K euros.
3) Find my people, both friends and romantic partners.
4) Be in control of my money.

What to focus on for Jan-Mar:
Goal – Win the pitch I’m working on right now, successfully manage the project that’s about to kick off and win another project with an ongoing client.
Rocks – 1) Simplify narrative and communication so that stakeholders can understand easily (especially as I work across regions, cultures, and languages). 2) Get as much help as I can to move conversations and tasks forward. 3) Listen to people to understand their pains and needs.

My immediate goal is very specific but I wonder if my power word can be incorporated more into it or my rocks – right now, it feels a bit too serious. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you!

A specific goal is great, and your word of the year can definitely fit into it. Play is such an integral part of learning and connecting with others – it’s something we need as mammals. If you could play with and experiment with how to create closer connection to these clients because it’s in service of your relationship, what do you think that would look like? How can you build rapport and have fun?

Notice what comes up for you when you answer this question. Where does your brain go? What does it tell you is possible or impossible? How do you react to that?
