2025 work goal part 2

What came up when I think about fun is not taking things too seriously, trying new things, connecting in ways that I enjoy, laughter, celebration and a sense of lightness and ease.
I tried a few versions of the identity goal, and the one that landed most solidly is ‘I’m becoming a manager who takes messy, imperfect action to get results’. To me this encompasses my intention to take action without overthinking and being prepared to make mistakes, learn from them and try again. Plus messy sounds loose and freeing and fun to me!
So setting that as my goal, my new rocks would be:
(1) Keep actively participating in my leadership course
(2) Try one new thing a week with my team (e.g. shake up a team meeting agenda, do 1:1s differently, practice coaching, run a team building session, introduce a concept from leadership course…) – I would enjoy getting creative with this one.
(3) Evaluate & activate each week
Thanks for your help so far. Welcome any feedback and coaching to refine this.

What a beautiful direction to flow in. It seems like you’ve refined your rocks to meet your goals – it might be time to implement and give them a shot! You’ll never know how it works until you try. How do you want to use the evaluate and activate tool to help you have more fun?
