Thank you for your coaching on this!
I think this approach would optimize my success, because it is authentic to me and therefore more sustainable and fun. (And ultimately, I don’t think people connect with what isn’t authentic and fun BTW! So I don’t there would be a point in forcing myself to be something I’m not).
I am willing to try and review ANYTHING. And I like the idea of leaning into this experimental mindset…. which feels lighter and more fun!
A bare minimum feels like: posting something, anything, in any capacity that I can and that is taking care of myself….
Something that has come up when I think about this though, is that I also know that there are times where perfectionism stops me posting things… This is a reason I DON’T like for not posting more.
Do you have any tips on how I could integrate a no-nonsense approach to perfectionism into my social posting process?
(I think the flexibility in my process helps with this already, as sometimes i put off posting things as I think it is too late or the wrong time then don’t. But it’s more of this. I’d love to maybe set timers, or have a mini action protocol to help incentivise me! Previously in coaching we’ve discussed setting a wild numerical goal for posting and I found that helpful! So something like this could be great).
Thank you
Answer:
How can you work WITH your energy for creating posts? There are no rules. We don’t generally coach on the action line but I would offer that there are many ways to be creating content at certain times and posting it at other times.
When do you feel most inspired to create? When do you feel most like getting things done? Start paying attention. Of course we can coach ourselves into any result, but it also can be helpful to open up to finding your own flow.
