Achieving my goal

Hi,

My goal is to have a better job that will allow me to earn at least twice as much of what I am currently earning, and will make me feel fulfilled and passionate.

I currently have an office job but I have been wanting to be my own boss and deliver different types of projects from anywhere in the world. I want that freedom and I want to let out my creative side.
I just got a temporary position as project lead in my organisation which is great and it will give me project management experience for the next 6 months but it’s only a 5% increase in salary and the area of the project is not really exciting me.
I am really grateful for the opportunity but I guess I am being greedy by wanting more and feeling that I deserve more. I want to feel excited about my job and more money to fulfil other dreams and objectives.

I feel fear in looking elsewhere or attempting to become my own boss when I already have a good job with a steady income.
I am not sure how to achieve my goal with confidence or how to start.

Would you have any advice or tips to get me started or something that will push me in taking the first step.?

Your job can’t make you feel fulfilled and passionate, your thoughts do. This is the best news because it means you could feel whatever you want at your current job. This 6 month position could be a great opportunity to practice loving your life no matter what tasks you are working on. Learn how to wake up and create the feelings you want to take to work on purpose. When you notice yourself feeling uncomfortable emotions at work practice allowing for them and being the employee you want to be anyway.  Anything we do will be 50/50 emotions we like and ones we don’t. Working for someone else has good and bad. Working for yourself is the same. It’s your thoughts that will make the difference.

Once you have built the belief that you get to create whatever you want in your life, you can take that confidence into anything you do.

Wanting more money and flexibility is not a problem. You absolutely can have what you want. Start putting it on paper and open up to the abundance that the Universe wants to give you.
