Thanks so much for the coaching on this. I came up with a long list of resources and skills that I have which mean I’m in the perfect position to return to work in exactly the way that I want to. I’m trying on some intentional thoughts and would love some feedback on this model and any other thoughts.
C: Returning to work
T: I can choose to work in the way that I want to (I like this because it acknowledges that it’s as easy as just deciding / choosing to do it)
F: Excited
A: Focus on results; not spend time on things others could do / won’t create value, or just to satisfy others; self-coach; take breaks; tend to my nervous system; experiment with how to structure my day; ask myself how I can make things easy
R: I work in the way that I want to.
Answer:
Couldn’t love this model more. Can you see how just that small shift to focus on you and your own self confidence changes everything? It gives you all your power back. Sit with this new energy and enjoy it. Stay present. If you want to think about the future, imagine how you can use this new model when that uncomfortable 50% ineveitably comes up. Set yourself up to easily be able to use the plan you’ve created in the action line. For example, go get a new little notebook to keep at work when you need a quick thought download. Celebrate!
