Autumn Goal & Rocks

Good afternoon!
After giving it some thought I’ve decided on the following goal & rocks for Autumn!
To expand the results of the goal & rocks, I would like to ask for feedback and hear about your ideas.
There she is; my autumn goal:
It was really nice to notice all of the ideas coming up in my mind, in regard to which rocks/goals I wanted to choose.
This Autumn I go for a slow, mindful & accepting walk, with the primary goal of
‘Ground myself in love’.
My three rocks are:
1. Lovingly turn myself when noticing from hasty to mindful.
2. Practise some switching with the help of self-coaching models, with the aim of wondering & finding out some surprises as a result.
F.e. writing my Towanda story: how small or big I like.
3. Notice & name emotions coming up & practice with some tools (fictionally tipping toes into the sea, or go for a swim, doing thought work to see which story I create around the emotion)
Greetings!

These look good by all accounts. Nice work. A good question to ask yourself is how will you know that you’ve met your goal? Another tool to consider incorporating into this self-love practice is creating and adding to the list that Maisie mentioned in the Autumn Workshop; the love and should list.
How do you feel about these rocks? Pay attention to your body’s response when you read them back to yourself…does it respond in a way that feels relief, aligned, excited or curious? Or does it respond with tension, nausea, or other unpleasant responses? This is your best indicator that you’re choosing what’s right for you at this time. We look forward to hearing how your journey goes!!
