Please could I have coaching on the following
I am a woman in my 40s
The last 4-6 months have seen me struggle with difficult moods *think angry/ irritated/ grumpy/ low energy / taking things very personally. Even the smallest things/ unfortunate events or timings seem to throw me off course
Unfortunately these moods seems to be directed towards my partner regardless of whether they are anything to do with him
There is a definite heightened response/ mood drop in my autumn which I can accept but it makes me feel quite sad when these feelings/mood continue throughout spring/summer/ winter where I now i have potential to feel more balanced and optimistic

Have you checked on your physical health? As we age and our hormones shift, there can be things happening that can be addressed. As cliche as it is: sleep, nourishing your body or not and blessing it with movement or not can all affect our moods.
