I have a question… Can I have more than one goal at a time? I’m thinking 1)to notice, acknowledge and name my emotions and 2)my larger goal to start travelling with my children. Should I focus on the first one? I’d like to try both as I feel very inspired after today’s coaching, but not sure what benefits/disadvantages there could be? Thanks

I’m so glad to hear that today’s coaching was inspiring for you. I’m going to turn this back to you…how would you answer your own question? What are the advantages and disadvantages of having two goals? What are the advantages and disadvantages of having one goal? Do these goals overlap in anyway? How? Write out your answers and see what you come up with.
Constraint is a wonderful tool for meeting your goals, but constraint is different to denying yourself the opportunity to work on things that are important to you simultaneously, and it’s possible that these can be combined.
We’re excited to hear what you discover. Come back for more coaching on this!
