Career Change (Overlapping Jobs) Pt.3

Thanks for your answer! It has unraveled a lot for me:
‘Rushing’ is like a safety net that prevents me from being with myself. Being with myself has always been a HUGE threat to me (I’m neurodivergent – BPD – and one of the symptoms is an overwhelming, overpowering emptiness). So rushing means being distracted from being with myself and is a type of self-care. I’m glad about this awareness!
A ladder thought could be: I AM (goal: I am safe)
Emotions that could help me: centered and connected with myself
If I knew I was safe without rushing, I would do: check in with myself and listen to my inner voice, take time to do that

This is great awareness. What have you learned, noticed, or realized about yourself as you practice your ladder thoughts, feeling centered and connected, and the actions that come with that? Lastly, when you notice yourself slipping into a rushed state, what are some ways you can acknowledge that with compassion and understanding and gently invite yourself to reconnect with You?
