I’ve felt like there’s a lot of uncertainty in my life at the moment, particularly when I submitted the question, I’ve felt quite lost this past few months. But what you’re saying makes so much sense and how I should be approaching things. Being specific is more digestible, more doable.
There’s been recurrent a feeling of not good enoughness with me lately, with work – closing – even though it was my choice. Friends, I’m trying to remember what I was like before but I’m much more anxious with seeing groups of friends who I didn’t see so much during covid. We also thought we couldn’t conceive and then I got pregnant earlier in the year but miscarried. I think that is also playing on my mind a lot lately as it would be the due date this month. I need to work through all of this.
The options you laid out feel positive, calm, soothing, there’s a sense of lightness, also energetic. I’ve really miss my previous energy. I’ve felt run down for such a long time. If I gave myself time to rest I’d feel better, have more energy to pursue things that will help me grow. Know when to rest, when to push myself. Instead of getting to the point where I’m burnt out. Which in turn I think would help with confidence and self love.

Yes. I love this. That calm, soothing, positive, light and energetic feeling is the best indicator that the puzzle piece fits a bit better. Next step is to create a plan. How will you put your rocks into action? You can prioritize one or create a plan for each of them – either way, keep it simple. These are meant to work for you and your pursuits. This is a great starting place.
