courageous action model

I just watched the replay of the last courageous action call and am struggling to finalize my model, especially to cut the thoughts, sensations, and feelings down to one and find a thought for the intentional model, suggestions would be much appreciated.

Answer:

I would encourage you to take another look at your circumstance. This is a powerful part of our models. It looks to me like there is a lot going on in the words you chose “had to abandon first BT attempt, preparing for a second.”
Abandon
Attempt
Preparing
What feelings come up when you see these words? What energy do they bring?
A circumstance should just be facts.
When you can pull out the facts, you will have more options of what you can think and feel intentionally.
As you are working through this, also try making one small goal that is the first step to your thesis. Looking at it all at once might be too overwhelming at the moment. Make micro goals along the way and show yourself that you can keep your commitments.
What’s the first step and when do you want to complete it?
