Fear in stretching my nervous system

Hi! After the wellness reset yesterday I decided one of my ‘goals/reset’ for this week is to bring some stuff here!
I’ve been converting a van- my van- to a campervan last 3 months. Next week I am heading off travelling for an undetermined time. This has been a dream of mine for such a long time and it is really exciting to go and live it soon!
I’ve been experiencing fears in the morning when waking up and also last week a night with a lot of anxiety. I suspect it is my nervous system hugely trying to keep me safe which I try to take care of! The most prominent model that is causing this feels like:
C: Going travelling (with my own campervan)
T: I can not do it. (because I will collapse in fear)
F: Anxious
A: Closing off/withdrawing from social connection
Asking for confirmation I will be ok with friends and family
Not having a lot of energy to finish my van build
R: Not looking forward to leaving.

How would I love to experience it? In which model would I love to be?
C: Going travelling (with my own campervan)
T: I am capable of taking care of myself wherever I am.
F: Grounded
A: Finishing my van build in excitement and with joy
Embracing my fear when they come up
Connecting with people around me
R: Looking forward to leaving.

I am so curious about your thoughts about how the models are put together.

Have a good day!

Answer:

Great job on the first go with these models. I would say that the R-lines could use a bit of tweaking, and here are my guesses at what these tweaks might look like…
Model 1:
C: Going travelling (with my own campervan)
T: I cannot do it. (because I will collapse in fear)
F: Anxious
A: Closing off/withdrawing from social connection
Asking for confirmation I will be ok with friends and family
Not having a lot of energy to finish my van build
Not looking forward to leaving.
R: I find evidence to reinforce my belief that I cannot do it
Model 2:
C: Going travelling (with my own campervan)
T: I am capable of taking care of myself wherever I am.
F: Grounded
A: Finishing my van build in excitement and with joy
Embracing my fear when they come up
Connecting with people around me
Looking forward to leaving.
R: I find evidence that I am capable of taking care of myself right now, and if I can do that…I can take care of myself wherever I am.
Do you see how these new R lines are connected to your T line? What is standing in your way of stepping into the belief that you are capable of taking care of yourself wherever you are? Come back to us when you’re ready with a follow up submission titled, “Van life pt. 2”.
