Fear of success and dissappointment after reaching a huge milestone aka publishing a book

Thanks a lot for the coaching on this. Checking in and looking fro more clarity, this feels more true:
UM
C: I feel tired after having published a book
T: I can`t rest now because there are still things to do
F: tired but restless
S: nervous and anxious
A: don´t rest although I feel tired
R: continue to be tired
IM
C: I feel tired after having published a book
T: Of course I feel tired, it was a lot of work and I have been doing other work alongside, too. I deserve to rest and the world won´t end if I do. Anything else with a higher involvement and energy expense of mine can wait.
F: tired and calm
S: heavy and realxed, sleepy
A: I create a suitable, long time window with minimum work committments in a clearly contained time per day, thus prioritizing and following through on getting the rest I need.
R: I rest and regain my energy. I free myself from old programming of “having to be productive all the time and at all cost”.
Would love your coaching on this.

Nice work! Try simplifying your T line in the IM to one statement. What would that be?
Have you heard about bridge and ladder thoughts yet? I have a feeling these will help you move from your UM to your IM.
Both of these kinds of thoughts help people take small steps from their UM to their IM in a manageable way. A bridge thought helps you bridge the two models together with thoughts like:
It’s possible that…
Maybe…
I’m becoming a person who…
I wonder…
Ladder thoughts help you climb from one thought to another and it might look like this for this model:
I can’t rest right now because there’s still so much to do
Other people rest even when they have a lot to do
I’m a person
Maybe I can be a person who rests
I am a person who can rest right now
What speaks to you most?
