F: frustrated
A: procrastination/ not doing
R: not advancing on my project
IM:
C: working on a new project
T: I need to break down this project in smaller steps
F: proactive
A: take messy and imperfect actions
R: advancing a little bit on my project
I’d love some feedback on how I built the IM. I started with looking for how I wanted to feel. Then the thought generated by that feeling and then the action and result. Is this a good way to work on my thoughts or it could be improved? Thank you!
