Finding my goal

Hi coaches!
I have been back and forth all week with trying to find my goal.
It’s not that I don’t have any.. it’s that I have many goals, and I have noticed I am putting a lot of pressure on myself to find ‘the right one’. I have moments when I think ‘Yes! this is it!’ and then I struggle with creating the right wording, or getting it focused enough to work with it, then I move on to the next one instead.
I have lots of goal ideas that perhaps don’t feel ‘big enough’ or enough of a ‘stretch’, and then others that feel ‘too big’.. for example, they range from:
– Take my Agnus castus daily to help with symptoms
– Figure out a lifestyle that sustains, nurtures and satisfies me.
– Improve my dental health and appearance.
– Make more friends in my local area.
UM
C: Finding a goal
T: I need to pick the right one
F: Pressure
A: Ruminate, overthink, over analyse, confuse myself
R: Go around in circles, and don’t pick anything
Then I come to the idea that maybe my goal should be figuring out why I find this hard, and get clear on what is holding me back. Perhaps a goal around regular thought downloads and models to try and get clear on this.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Great model. Let’s question it a bit.
What do you think makes a goal “right”? How will you know if it is right?
You could choose to think that any goal that you choose is the right one for you right now. Any other goal you consider, may still be a goal for a later time.
By picking one, you allow yourself to focus on it. Your brain does not have to work on remembering the other ideas. You have them written down, and you can decide the next one when you are done with this one.
So start off by asking yourself, “What do I most want to do right now?”
Decide that what you pick is the right one for you. Do not second guess yourself. Tell yourself that all goals are great, and you can work on the a different one when you are done with this one.
What comes up for you as you think about doing that?
