I’m going to write a book this year. I have no experience of this but strongly feel called to do this. My book will be around seasonal living and so I want to embody this too. I’m struggling to cut down on my rocks. For the book I have 1. Learn how to get published. 2. Find transcribing software ( so I can dictate my words rather than type them). 3. Buy a dedicated notebook. 4. Outline plan for the book. 5. Regular coaching on this. For seasonal living I have 1. Attend seasonal coaching sessions. 2. Buy seeds)/gardening equipment 3. Prepare garden for spring. 4. Celebrate seasonal events as a family. 5. Get out into nature.
This feels like loads/ maybe not specific enough.
I’d love some coaching on this – thanks.

What a fun goal!
So the thing I see right away is that your goal is to write a book about seasonal living – I wonder if the second goal is to publish it? It’s possible that an easy down size starting point is to deprioritize learning how to get published for the time being, and focus on the writing of the book. And it seems like you’ve identified several things you need to prioritize to make that happen. How does it feel to have a list of 4 things instead of 5 to get you closer to your goal?
Secondly, when it comes to seasonal living, is this something you’ve already embraced? How so? If it’s not, what’s the trajectory of your book? A first year of living seasonally? Check in on your clarity about what it is about seasonal living that you want to write about. What comes through? How does it help you simplify this list?
