I would appreciate a little guidance.
I have a goal this year which would benefit from a 30 day boost, so that’s my obvious choice for the Get it done goal.
However I am really struggling with a relationship at the moment. It is taking up so much of my thought time and I am grappling to get my thoughts and nervous system under control.
I would rather attend to my creative year-long goal. But I feel the need to address the relationship rather than just flail along for the next month emotionally.
Any thoughts?

Notice two things. One, you are being pulled towards something, but you’re second guessing it. What would be different if you trusted your inner knowing?
Two, notice your all or nothing thinking. Write down the two choices your brain is offering you right now on a blank piece of paper. What if there are so many more options? Do some brainstorming about what this month could be for you. Be open, be curious, nothing is off the table! Fill your paper with ideas.
Ask yourself a question about one of your thoughts in order to get closer to the root of what’s happening. Look at what this thought is creating for you.
