Getting braces

I had braces as a teenager, but never wore my retainer (so much regret here!) and my teeth have become wonky. I am very self conscious about this.
Last week I took action and went to the dentist to find out how much it would cost to get them sorted, they quoted me £4000 for Invisalign. I was pretty shocked because I wasn’t expecting it to cost so much. I had set myself a limit for 2k max, but I am not in a financial situation to pay any more than this.
I really want to sort my teeth out, because I know I really think about how much it effects my self esteem. I feel embarrassed and I know it stops me wanting to be involved in photos.
I feel pretty beautiful in every other aspect of how I look and how I am as a person. I just hate my teeth! is there a way I can get coached around this?

Answer:

Of course, we’d love to coach you here or you can bring this to a call and raise your hand to be coached. You have a few options we can see easily, please add options you see to this list as well. 1-coach yourself around liking your teeth as a part of amazing, unique you! You have great evidence you can succeed at this because of how you feel about the rest of you. 2-find other options for adjusting your teeth that may be cheaper but not as aesthetically pleasing as invisalign. 3-find a way to get the money you need for exactly what you want.
What do you think? What do you want to do for now if you knew you coud be happy with any choice you make?
Your teeth and how they are positioned is your circumstance.  So is the amount of money you were quoted for Invisalign. Now you just get to decide what result you want and move forward to fill out the rest of your model. The Universe is always conspiring in your favor, what if you believed that it cared about what you care about and already had a plan to help you figure this out?
Please bring back what comes up for you, any models or questions.
