I noticed that I am not asking for a lot of coaching on the calls and in ask a coach and that I would like to increase that to get more practice. I thought about writing to ask a coach every day or a couple of times a week to practice with asking for and receiving coaching. But I am afraid that I am taking up to much space and that I ask the wrong questions. I believe that in order to get coaching I need to have done a lot of work and self-coaching on the topic beforehand. It feels like I have to prove myself before being allowed to ask for and receive help. Another thought/believe is that I think that I should have a very specific topic or question to get coaching and often I don’t know a specific situation or example. Basically I am trying to think the whole coaching through by myself before asking for coaching and by the time I’ve done that I feel like I already know the answer.
