Hi coaches, I’m looking for some coaching on my seasonal goal.
The goal I’ve set is to explore what being a women means to me. This feels a bit out there for me as a goal, but also feels right for this season. For context, I’ve been reflecting recently on how my child and teenage self tended to think men were better, I thought of myself as a tomboy and thought girly things were stupid, or at least somehow less. Quite cringey thoughts now! But still somehow there. I’d like to let go of some of these beliefs and have a stronger sense of what it means to be a woman for me, and the type of woman I am or am becoming.
My rocks are to enjoy reading, listening or watching things to explore the topic and to daydream. I want to be open to things and explore and have fun with this goal, but also to introduce a third rock that makes it inevitable that I’ll achieve it. Any thoughts or questions to help me find a third rock would be much appreciated.

Hooray for an “out there” goal. It sounds like it’s just perfect. Take some time and just do a brainstorming session. You don’t have to do this sitting with pen and paper(unless you want to), get creative. Set the mood by putting on some music, moving your body, going for a walk, anything that grounds you and roots you in the energy you want to bring to this goal. What makes you feel most womanly? Then, just let the ideas flow. Don’t judge or edit them. There are no rules. There is no right answer. Just listen to your heart and be open to experimenting. See what you find!
