Goal model help

I have created my intentional goal model and I am struggling to find some clear actions to help me reach the result. My goal has internal focus and I’m wondering how to make it more tangible.
C: Goal of being free from the desire of attention/ validation from others.
T: I am all I need to be.
F: Enough/ whole/ complete
A: Practice Yoga, Watch out for compare and despair, give myself validation, self coach on self worth/comparisons
R: The only attention/ validation I need is my own.

Answer:

This is an excellent start. Here are some questions to consider when making your action line.
1. What will you do when you notice compare and despair?
2. What do you do when you are looking for attention and validation from others? What will you do differently?
3. How will you give yourself validation? Written where you can see it? Intentional models? Speaking to yourself?
4. Why do you think your brain looks of attention and validation from others? How can you provide that for your brain? For example, if your brain does it to feel connected or part of a group, how can you feel connected with yourself? How else do you know that you are part of a group?
That is a start. The biggest advice is to make sure you clarify each part of your action line to know how it will look. Bring back what you discover and we can continue the coaching.
