Goals and rocks

Hi
I have just created my goals and rocks following on from doing the Cast Your Vision replay. I would love to get some coaching on these – particularly the second and third goal and rocks. Thank you
Goal One – In a steady manner create my online (SumUp) shop for my fused glass art and my Etsy shopfront, to launch both by mid spring
(I have included “steady” here as I am working on my tendency to rush myself and get overwhelmed)
Rocks
– learn and understand how to set up my SumUp shop and my Etsy shopfront, by spending time online and reading helpful resources
– Refine my 2 main product ranges and choose 4 other products to list
– Create great copy, images and videos to use on my sites
– set aside time every week to build the sites from February
Goal Two – Enjoy selling at least £2000 of my glass art by the end of 2025
(I have a feeling this might be too low a number to aim for but I think that’s part of why I need coaching on this one!)
Rocks
– get coached on the challenges and sticky feelings I have about charging the prices I want to for my art and my beliefs that I won’t get sales
– optimise my Etsy shop, social media presence and cross selling to my Pilates clients to boost sales
– choose 2 christmas fairs to attend (fairs are not the main way I want to sell but I think I will do a few)
– research how to seek representation at a gallery and aim to be in one gallery/ shop by autumn
Goal Three (this has been put off for 2 years!)
Get my wooden raised beds and pergola treated/ woodstained
Rocks
– get coached on the procrastination/ fears
– identify what type of tradesperson is needed
– contact 3 tradespeople for a quote
– choose a person and book the work

Okay, let’s start with goal 3. It deserves a chef’s kiss. No question about that. Your rocks are actionable, great rocks to proceed with and set out a very clear path, and we should absolutely do coaching on the procrastination and fears!
As for goal 2, tell us why you chose 2000 as the number of pounds you want to enjoy selling? Why do you think it’s probably too low?
