Gtting it done / Workbook

Hello!
This is messy:
I am back from my vacation, which means: this is, as I decided after the workshop, when I commited to start working on my goal. Which I did also in a very messy way.
… AND I don’t use the workbook. This thought comes up: I am not doing it right … which leads to me not taking action to reach my goal. I feel stressed about it. The same goes with AAC. I am thinking: I have to submit something, so that I am doing the challenge right. Another thought is: I have to structure the way I achieve my goal, or I did not get the benefit of the challenge …
As I decided to submit without ovethinking how this looks … I am hitting submit 🙂 and thank you in advance.

Get after it! Hit that submit button! Let it be messy! WOO!!!! We’re totally cheering on this perfect imperfect action.
As with all things in TFC, the resources are there for you to use when it is useful for you to use them – they aren’t a requirement in the recipe for success. If you were to flip the script and ask yourself, “In what ways is how I’m doing the challenge the perfect way to learn about myself,” what would you discover?
There is always room to try something differently if you don’t like how it’s going, but let it come from curiosity and desire, not shame or a lack of worth. Do you want to change how you’re approaching the challenge? Why? What do you think about your reasons?
