I’m feeling quite low on motivation for goals at the moment, I haven’t made any goals for a while, and am not really sure how to go about it – I don’t know what I want anymore
Unintentional model
circumstance – I have no goal right now
feel – lost
thought – if I don’t make a goal, I don’t have to be committted to anything, I don’t have to try, if I make a goal I’ll only ignore it anyway, how can I make a goal if I have no idea where I’m pointed to
sensation – low, sinking
action – inaction, staying in ‘lostness’
Intentional model
circumstance – I have no goal right now
thought – here is an opportunity, big or small, to align myself with my needs and hear my inner voice
feel – opportunity, curiosity (maybe it’s only through goals that I find out about myself), determination
sensation – lifted
action – pick something, even somthing small for this week, to be my goal
I have just gone back to the fate / free will session and I am in my 3rd house year in 6th house month
so I am mainly focused on communication, siblings, learning with an emphasis on physical health, obligations, work, pets
my goal for this week will be learning, and learning what feels good for my physical health / work – I’ve really felt the impact of autumn this week, so I can approach my physical and mental health with curiosity to learn about what I can make sure I’m prioritising to support the move into autumn

It sounds like you do know what you need. You’ve done some powerful exploring here. A goal is just a made up thing. There’s no right or wrong way to do it. What do YOU want to do? I know you said you don’t know, but if there was no box that a goal had to fit in, what would yours be? Or could you be ok without having a goal and loving yourself still? Goals are there to serve us. If that’s not the case, you have total permission to adjust.
What is the opposite of lost for you? See if you can grab on to that feeling and start from there.
