How to continue finding a job

I would like some help figuring out what I want to do for a job. I think that I have lots of thoughts about this. Like ‘I don’t know what I want.’ Because I don’t yet know how to get it done.
I find it difficult to share with others what it is I want to be because I don’t know yet myself. But I also feel like I need others to be considered for any job.
I have graduated last year from my masters in analytical chemistry. I know know I now want to work on projects with a sustainability relevance.
I want to be working together with people. I have loved the brainstorming together with my supervisor and colleagues for my projects during the masters. Loved working one on one with other people.
I am a well organised person. I love to have the overview of everything that needs to be done.
I want to work on practical projects. I like when it is clear what protocol to follow.
I don’t want to be working alone in a lab setting.
I could use some help.
Until now I have done the things that just best fit, doing the chemistry study, than the analytical masters. Now working I a shop. Its been how I see I can do it. I don’t see anymore how to continue.
Look forward to you input!
Kind regards 🩷

Answer:

The way to find a job is to start applying for jobs.  Action creates clarity.  Sometimes we think we need to have our thought work just perfect in order to take the first step, but you don’t.  In fact, that can keep us stuck. How is it serving you to believe “I don’t know how to get it done?”
You already have a great start in your list. Keep those desires in mind as you start applying. Start telling people what you’re looking for. You don’t have to be sure.
The only thing stopping you is the story you’re telling about this job.  What emotion are you looking for in order to start?  What emotion do you think you’ll feel when you find the “right” job?  Take those emotions and use them to fuel your job search.  See what happens!
