how to make my goal tangible?

Hi 🙂
I have thought a lot about what I want my goal for this season to be and I’ve come to realise that I want it to be ‘trusting myself’. Because I don’t and I haven’t.
I know that when I will trust myself, I will be able to live way more in coherence with my own values and what I want.
So that is why I want that as a goal, however, I do not know how I can measure this, or achieve this.
Because I feel like it is an never ending process of working on it and I don’t know how I can kind of measure it or how to set up my rocks in a way that I can actually feel the progress?
I don’t know if it makes sense, but it would be helpful to get some guidance or advice on it.
Because maybe it is not even necessary to make it tangible?

Such a great question! Yes, sometimes the invisible forces are difficult to quantify, but you already have a glimmer of an answer in your submission. When you live in more coherence with your own values and what you want, what will you be doing more of? What will you be doing less of? What might you believe about yourself then that you don’t necessarily believe about yourself now? How would someone else or a fly on the wall describe the changes you’ve undergone?
How else could you measure your progress? Let yourself get curious…you don’t have to be right. This is just the ideas phase!
Once you know what it would look like to achieve your goal, you can start to identify things you think you need to focus on to help make this a reality for you – your rocks. Come back to us with what comes up or what you discover when you’re ready for more coaching.
