How to support myself doing my goal and rocks

Hi,
I am very happy about my rocks and my goal. My goal is: Create more movement in my career, and my rocks are 1. Get new management 2. Make a self produced EP of 4-5 songs and 3. Share videos of me singing/ my music on social media.
I am a published writer/ artist in the music industry, but I want more movement. I am running out of money, patient and time it feels- hence my goal and rocks. I want more movement, success, and money!
At the moment I am reaching out to people, going to meetings, sharing videos on socials and working on my productions. Here`s my challenge: I feel vulnerable most of the time. I knew it would be challenging, but I also want to find out how i can support myself in this process, because I dont want myself to stop. Sometimes if there is too much challenge, it can become unsustainable. So I guess what I would like coaching on is how to make these rocks and my goal sustainable and keep going while feeling grounded.

Answer:

What wonderful goals. We’d love to hear some of your music in the facebook community. Our brains like to avoid pain, seek pleasure, and conserve energy. Making new, big goals on purpose is exciting for the higher part of your brain but the lower part immediately starts putting on the brakes because new sounds dangerous and it thinks that putting yourself and your music out there in a bigger way = death.
When we understand that feeling vulnerable is a normal part of the process, and more often than not it gets easier the more we allow for it, it can help us stop worrying about it as much. Instead of feeling vulnerable and then having thoughts like “this could become unsustainable,” you can just notice the feelings coming up and say “thank you, Brain, for trying to protect me. I’ve got this.”
You are the best expert on you. What do you think would help you keep going when you feel vulnerable?
A helpful exercise is to envision yourself in the future having reached the level of success you want. Have that version of you write you a letter of encouragement.  Keep those words with you as you continue towards your goal.
