Loan (from a friend) Part 2

Ciaociao Coaches!
Thank you so much for your previous answer. Helped immensely.
I sat down and did a few round of models. What became clear: the thoughts about friendship & money come from my mum and very early experiences.
I asked myself, what you asked me and came to:
C my friend agreed to a loan
F proud, self sufficient, relieved
A I can pay for the the many things I need to take my business one step (or many further)
R breath again, growth, being on my path
Then I decided to write a letter to my friend explaining my plans and the question. Thought it would be easier for me and maybe also nicer for her.
Also I will see her on Saturday.
So I felt very good and so proud of putting the letter in the letter box and now doubts creep up again. Thoughts that I didn’t do it right and that it was cowardly to not ask her directly.
Aiiiii I guess i will have to do some more models right away. It’s all about my relationship with money and I’m working on it intensely since two, three years now, but I always come to the point where I feel so scared and panicky.
Maybe I will try to get coached in one of the next calls…
Thank you for everything! So so helpful.
All the best and love ❤️

In situations like these, you can count on one thing: you’ll either win, or you’ll learn. In what ways does it make a lot of sense that doubts are creeping up? Why does it make sense that your brain is saying, “You didn’t do it right, and what you did was cowardly”? Notice I’m not saying, “Why is it true,” I’m asking why it makes sense.
Maybe after you do the scary thing is the time when your default brain kicks in because it’s trying to protect you. Maybe it’s the time when your default brain has a tendency to be the loudest. Maybe it’s the time when you feel nervous or scared and that’s okay, because you can handle hard feelings. Furthermore, there are 100 ways to skin a cat – some more right than others, but none are perfect. What if you did the best job you could with the tools you have at this particular time in your life? What comes up for you? Bring it back to us and we’ll keep coaching (and I love the idea of getting coached on a call soon!).
