I discovered an UM that have been in for quite a while. Realising it already helped me to take steps to move out of it. But I would like to have coaching on it anyways because it shows up in other places of my life and I don’t fully understand it.
R: me indulging in not wanting it to be summer

A: – stay indoors even if the weather is nice, feel sad when I hear about other people’s plans and realise I don’t have any, don’t go on kayaking and camping trips that I was longing for in winter, think about autumn being around the corner, don’t live in the moment, think summer is not for me because I connect it with big events that are a sensory challenge, don’t think about all the nature activities I could plan that I love

Your circumstance should be a fact. So it could be C: June 2024 or something like that. I would encourage you to pick a recent experience that brought up these feelings and thoughts for you. I can be really helpful to get specific. For example C: Friend posted a picture of a camping trip on social media or C: I walked past the kayak in my garage
Do a bit more exploring about what’s really happening. I’m not sure your thought matches your actions in this model. Start from the beginning with a factual circumstance, do a full thought download, pull out a few thoughts and put them each in their own model. You’ll get more clarity this way.
