Models on Work

Long story short: we have a new Christmas campaign launching at the beginning of November. Some of the products in this campaign really need to be sold so the team has decided that we need to film multiple looks/tutorials.
I wasn’t involved with these conversations, but I have been asked if I will film the content at the end of the month over two days, so it’ll require an overnight stay somewhere.
There’s a couple of work events I’ll be needed at that will be at weekends, plus I’m trying to get content ready for the campaign launch and deal with adhoc stuff as it comes in. And sometimes that leads to feeling overwhelm because I can’t get everything done without having to work extra.
I recently spoke with my manager about how I think I’m a little burnt out after a very busy few months and I’ve got low iron, so the two combined mean I’m just trying to work a little slower at the moment. My manager said that Q4 wouldn’t involved too many big projects which I felt relieved about. But now this new project has come up… and it feels big!
I’m confused as to whether I’ve come up with the below models because 1. My mind isn’t in the job at the moment, I just have no enthusiasm or want and I don’t care or 2. I’m trying to protect my energy as work and social life continues to feel, to me, demanding and I’m trying to work on slowing down.
I don’t think I have a choice to push pack on being involved in this new project, so I guess I need to work on how to get through it whilst keeping to my goal of slowing down. I don’t want to feel so overwhelmed with work that I can’t switch off and focus on my personal life. But I also don’t want to stay in these models. Is my resistance ok but going to make the project harder and feel heavier and more like a burden?
C: new work project
T: I don’t want more work
F: panic, dread
S: heavy, tight chest
A: stay quiet, worry if I can make it work with my schedule, worry how it’s going to effect my energy, feel dread at the task
R: feel resistance towards project and job
C: new work project
T: I don’t care about this
F: heaviness
S: fast heartbeat, tight chest
A: already feel overwhelmed, worry about my energy levels
R: feel mentally overloaded
C: new work project
T: I’m no expert, it’ll just be on my phone and not in a professional studio so won’t look great
F: detached
S: heaviness
A: ruminate about my abilities, dwell on not wanting to be in my job
R: feel negative about the project before it’s even begun

Answer:

I think you hit the nail on the head when you asked if your resistance is ok (it is) but will it make doing this project harder (I’d imagine it would, but what do you think?).
But let’s explore a thought that’s not in your model here – I don’t think I have a choice to push back on being involved in this new product. Why do you think that? Is it 100% true? Why and why not? Try modeling that thought out and see if anything curious emerges.
Resistance is an indicator – like the check engine light turning on in your vehicle. What is it telling you?
