Models On Work Part 2

Thank you for your help with this.
This project hasn’t been brought up again and I am avoiding bring it up because I don’t want to do it. I have thought about possible solutions that would still potentially market the product but be less work (doing Instagram Lives or exclusive tutorials in Facebook Groups) but yeah I don’t want to bring it up.
I feel like I’m coming across as not caring about it. And I feel like I brought a sense of hesitation when the project was initially mentioned because I stated how I was worried about fitting it in with other things. The resistance has turned in to avoidance gifted to me by no one else mentioning it.
The T: I don’t have a choice to pushback on being involved in this new project – that is true because I would be the one to film the content and creation content is something I have asked to do more of. But I’ve tried a model on it.
C: Asked to film content to market products at work
T: I don’t have choice to push back on being involved in this project
F: Dread
S: Heavy shoulders, chest
A: Lean in to the T: I don’t want to do this, avoidance of subject
R: Continue to build resistance between myself and the potential this project can bring for my role, learning, portfolio etc
For me, the resistance is coming from not caring, not feeling energising, wanting to protect my energy, not feeling hat creative (even though I’ve asked for more creativity)

I’d love for you to continue to clarify why you can’t push back a little more. Are you the only person capable of filming the content? What would be the consequences, both positive and challenging, of saying no or pushing back? Tell us more…
Regardless of if it’s 100% true, let’s try a different kind of model by putting that T in the C line.
C: Thought: I don’t have a choice to push back on being involved in this project.
