Hi Coaches , so im bringing back and model to continue working on as i seem to have come back to my unintentional model again , this was my cleaned up model and advice i received. C: HV job 4 days/week, Coaching business T: I do not have enough time or money (Is this the thought that has you feeling stretched?) F: Stretched A: Feel drained from HV work, do not think I can work more hours there, see the pay as inadequate and am back to being in my overdraft, do not see how to grow my coaching business to support family, do not feel that I am showing up well for my coaching business, do not see what I enjoy in the HV job and how it helps my family. R: I do not give myself enough support to make decisions.
It is difficult to make a decision from scarcity. You have scarcity around time. You have a scarcity of money. Those leave you feeling stretched and uncertain what to do. They also have you not seeing that you have a choice with your time and what you do. You get to decide how much time you spend with each job. You get to decide when to spend time with your child, and when to work on the business. If you intentionally chose when to spend time on your business, work, or family, how would you show up differently? If you believed you could make anything possible, what would you decide?
My response is that i want to feel abundant about money but i keep coming back to a place of being overdrawn in my account , how can i truly get rid of this scarcity.
i thought if have invested in myself these feeling would start to come, theres so much i want to do in the world , i would so love to jump in but my lack of funds makes me feel unsafe, i am the only person responsible for finances in our household (single mum),ultimately i know this is whats holding me back from just going for it. I have a steady job and an income that would be sufficient if there were two incomes coming into the house and just feel defeated every time payday rolls round and its mostly gone by week 2.
This month is my sons birthday and a family trip and im feeling stretched again financially. i would love to feel abundant with both money and time or at the very least comfortable.
I know i need to feel abundant before the money comes so i have read books, had energy healing (recently), taken control by budgeting, prioritise things that i feel could help me grow and practise manifestation but the scarcity feelings around money still come so below i have given an intentional model a go and would love some more feedback and help with my thoughts.

A: Show up more confident in life and my business, welcome in more luxury’s , Invest in more coaching to grow my business, get my car serviced , start home improvements , buy my dream summerhouse (for coaching 1:1 clients ), invest in coaching and energy healing training, start creating more offers in my business, book holidays , plan the retreat that i want to deliver.
R life feels like its flowing easier , i am not in a stress response when it comes to money, i am fulfilling my dreams.
is there maybe a model in-between the two i need to ladder with ? it feels like a big jump from stretched to abundant ,id love to believe i can make anything possible again.

Before moving to an intentional model of abundance, challenge your brain’s thoughts. Ask yourself what it means to have enough time? What about enough money? It helps to explore the thought that is creating the feeling of stretched. Your brain likes to be right rather than feel good, so challenge how it is right and how it is not.
Let’s look at abundance next. What does it mean to you to feel abundance vs have abundance?
In what ways do you feel abundant? Think of other areas of your life outside of money and time. Look at them, and ask yourself why you feel abundance around those things. That is the thought. You can try on that thought to see if it may apply to other areas of your life.
Another way to get a thought about abundance, is by asking yourself “What do I have to believe to feel abundance?” Look at your intentional model you created, and ask it there.
You are insightful to recognize that going from stretched to abundance may not be a believable jump at this time.. Once you have a thought for abundance, try it out. If it does not feel believable, then you can work on a bridge thought to get you from where you are to where you want to be.
Here is an example:
If your belief to create abundance is “I have all that I need to get what I want.,” then here are some potential bridge thoughts
“I am working on believing that I have all that I need to get what I want.”
“I am figuring out how to have all that I need to get what I want.”
