My Massive Action

I’ve enjoyed the clearing the way, and the massive action calls. Clearing the way has meant me sorting out our outside space, starting a tidy up inside post summer holidays, and asking Maisie for coaching on a holiday thought issue.
I often use the AAC submissions to record a goal, or ask for feedback. It helps with some accountability I think. So here goes for my massive action. It includes plenty but I am comfortable with this, having several areas of life growing alongside each other.
This season is a big change for me. My smallest child has started school. I can feel a shift in my parent role, a void, and a need to support her through this stage. I have gone from having very little time to nourish myself, to having 2 days a week of time.
I’d like my massive action ‘to see this season for growth’.
I acknowledge that I need nourishment:
1. Continuing awareness of nutrition.
2. Movement related to my cycle – MTB, Yoga, Swim. Time for relief of emotions, increase reslience and helps me feel good!
3. Space alone for thought
Areas that I would like to nuture growth
1. Develop my ability to help my children navigate emotions.
2. Time to read/watch/listen to increase my understanding of regenerative farming.
3. My relationship with my husband – fun time together.
4. My physical fitness
5. My connection to my environment – forage, enjoy moon.

This does indeed sound like a new season! And, as with any change, a shift in how you experience yourself as well.
I think I have an idea of what you mean when you say, “I acknowledge that I need nourishment” and “Areas that I would like to nurture growth” but I want to double check. What is the difference between these two for you? In what ways does one contribute to the other?
I am also wondering about the kind of energy you’d like to bring to this new season – is it exploratory? Is it firey? Is it cozy? And what will help you sustain that energy within this pursuit?
This sounds like some lovely massive action. Can’t wait to see where it leads you.
