Not wanting to celebrate

I want to get coaching on my resistance to celebrating and posting on the wins thread. The idea of celebrating makes me feel irritated and eventually angry.
Thought download:
I don’t have anything to celebrate because I don’t want to be doing the majority of the things that I do.
The things that I’m doing are just everyday, normal life things.
I don’t want to celebrate things that aren’t difficult for most people.
I don’t want to take up space.
I don’t want to be noticed.
I already take up space by living my life out loud.
I already think people are paying too much attention to me because I am loud or colorful.
When people notice me, it’s usually because I’m obnoxious and it’s unavoidable.

This is a fabulous question to bring to AAC. My first question to you is why? Why don’t you want to celebrate things that aren’t difficult for most people? Why don’t you want to take up space? Why don’t you want to be noticed? Why do you feel irritated or angry?
Lastly, what do you want your relationship to celebrating (on the wins thread in this case) to be like? It’s okay to have resistance to celebrating. Let’s figure out why it’s there and what you want to do next to move through it.
