“What actions can help you achieve the goal of thanking your past self, putting in the little efforts, hard work, and persevering right now?” – having a little mantra that i use at the beginning and end of each rest period like the ‘wow…’ one from Part 6 coaching. it could help frame the rest, and bookend it, giving it purpose and gratitude!!
“What do you have to be willing to feel to be able to do those things?” – willing to feel? not to do? my first answer was diligene, routine, to ensure i actually saying the mantras. but then i realised this isn’t a feeling. i guess i dont have to feel anything, is my answer. i just gotto do it…?
