I reread part 5 and 6 and reread and reread. Really trying to understand.
Am i understanding correctly the line of thinking of our coaching is this….
-Accept that i make mistakes.
-Accept the feelings that arise when I think of making mistakes or have made mistakes.
-Work on various self improvements regardless of this acceptance.
-Do this work from a place of love and acceptance, not self denigration and not enoughnes.

This is a great synopsis of the coaching you’ve received, and it’s a possible way to go as well.
One thing I’d like to offer is that you can do work on yourself because of this acceptance, not regardless of it.
