Perimenopause

Just joined up with you and am feeling a little confused, doesn’t take much now! I have started to work through the videos but how do I track my cycle or whatever it is called when you are in Perimenopause. I still have all the Seasons you talk about but now I am 56 they are 10 times worse. I am on HRT but it doesn’t seem to be helping.

Great question! The idea of tracking is to see the patterns that occur, in perimenopause they may be more heightened and/or less predictable depending on your experience.
When you track your cycle it gives you useful information, especially when you’re taking HRT, and it would be interesting to explore how you want HRT to help that it is not doing. Then ask how it may be helping. When seeing all sides, it may help to decide what you want to do and how to think about it.
