Procrastinating writing due invoices and avoiding my finances

I have typically been procrastinating to write due invoices for my work. It is one of the aspects of my work that comes hardest to me and I want to change that.
C: several invoices are due and I don´t issue them to clients
T: it´s such an inconvenience to me to issue an invoice and to the client to pay an invoice
F: anxiety
S: tighness in my chest and shoulders
A: I procrastinate writing the invoices
R: I don´t receive my income on time but very delayed
IM:
C: I issue the invoices in time – same day or next day at latest
T: this is the last step to completion of the project (or milestone) and part of the deal both agreed to
F: organized, on top of things
S: calm
A: I issue each invoice on time – as stated in the contract
R: I have organized my finances, provide structure and clarity throughout the process and care for my compensation
Please coach me on the UIM/IM, it´s the first time I do this :).

We love big beginner energy! The first thing I notice about the UM and the IM is that the C line is different. Let’s keep those the same – the circumstance hasn’t changed. The second thing I notice is that your R line in the UM is understandable, although it’s not necessarily tied to your thought about creating and sending invoices. I wonder if another R line is: I reinforce the idea that writing invoices is an inconvenience, and I don’t get paid on time (another inconvenience). What do you think?
Check in with yourself about something – does the thought in your IM make you feel organized? If not, what does? Give the models another shot and let’s see your work! You can also jump on Amy’s Self-Coaching Model call this month to get some extra support with these.
