I often blame myself for resting and taking it easy. I see it as detrimental to being consistent in what I do. How would you recommend I build a healthier relationship between resting which sometimes doesn’t have a palpable result and consistency which usually beings visible outcomes.
Thank you
Answer:
It would help to pick a specific circumstance you have experienced recently where you rested instead of being consistent. Do a thought download and just write down everything that happened, what you were thinking and feeling then and what you think now. Don’t edit it or judge anything. Once you have all of this, you’ll be able to pick some thoughts and see what results you’re getting from them. The Model workshop is great to walk you through this. The Doing Less workshop is also very helpful to shift how you look at rest.
See what comes up as you explore this and bring back any questions or models.
