Hi
My up levelling is to be a B minus version of my self doing a particular task over the next 3 weeks which I usually perform at an A+++ level. Working at that perfectionist level for years has taken its toll on my wellbeing and I’m done with it. It’s the old me. New me is content to work at a more sustainable pace, with more ease in normal working hours (as opposed to all hours) and allows my NS and butt to release its fight/flight and clench response. What is like coaching on is how can I motivate myself with rewards at intervals (daily or weekly) to maintain the sustainable pace and not fall into the clench pace? I’d like to avoid sweet treats as they’re my usual go too and that’s also fed the lack of wellbeing. I’m struggling to think of ways to reward myself healthily.

First question: What do you believe about your ability to maintain a sustainable pace? What do you believe about your ability to up level without giving yourself rewards?
I only have what you’ve submitted so please feel free to disagree or disregard but the sense I get is that your brain really wants to make B- more complicated than it needs to be. It wants to make simple and sustainable complicated, too. What if doing less is that simple…you do less. That’s the reward. What do you think?
