Looks great. How do you feel since you created this? Does it resonate as something you can do? Does your brain believe it’s possible now or do you need some ladder thoughts to get you there?
I would offer that you can spend some time in that Circumstance line continuing to separate the facts and the story. Why do these words bother you? What is happening in your body when people say things?
