Spring goal

Spring goal
My Goal Is:
To take exquisite care of Ms through 3rd & 4th trimester
My 3 Essentials Are:
– Remove mum guilt/ shame.
– get rest and access healthy food.
– ask for the help I want.
Where I’m At Now (Clean Assessment):
(What’s true right now—both the helpful and the hard? Try to name it without judgement.)
Mum guilt creeps in
Healthy food is tricky
Doing great on resting
Asking for help but could do without shame.
What would make this goal feel satisfying, even if it’s not 100% complete?
– to feel like I have been tackling mum guilt using aac/coaching calls, that I’m eating veg and protein one meal a day, solo resting every day, celebrating the ways I do take care of Ms
Where do I tend to lose momentum—and what will I do differently this time?
Asking for help, getting healthy food, letting mum guilt creep in when tired
What support might I need from myself, others, or this community?
Aac /coaching for mum guilt, food/rest support from family
I’m looking for some coaching on the spring goal I have laid out. It feels a bit loosey goosey

Answer:

It sounds like you really know what you need. That’s such a big win! I would offer that if you choose to spend some energy on it,  look at your beliefs around asking for help. Specifically the underlying beliefs that you have about who should be managing the food during this season. Notice how those beliefs may be influencing your current beliefs around food being tricky or the mum guilt that is coming up. YOu can do the same around rest.
What if it’s ok to have a loosey goosey goal? What if it’s perfect? What is the one next step you want to take in order to take exquisite care of yourself?
