Staying Healthy // Toxic Situation // Job #2

Thank you so much for your coaching; it’s been so helpful and inspiring. I’ve done 3 models, which are all so beneficial and powerful to me. I’d be happy about feedback 😉

C I have a job
T I know exactly how to care for myself
F safe
A regulate myself, take breaks, speak up or don’t speak up, Take what I need, call in sick when I need/want to, eat regularly (healthy and nutritious food ), use glimmers, take care of my nervous system, focus on myself, honor my boundaries
R I am safe

C I have a job
T I take things one day at a time
F more relaxed
Get calm, slow down, don’t overthink things, don’t get overwhelmed, take my time, acknowledge the process
R I do it

This one’s even more general:
C I have a job
T I show up how I want to
F powerful
A I decide how I want to show up, I do things I wanna do, and I don’t do things that I don’t wanna do (checking in with myself), care for myself, trust myself, take responsibility for my own life, have a healthy relationship with me
R I live the life that I want to live

Answer:

Safe, powerful and relaxed….love these emotions. Your thoughts are also wonderful because you’ve focused them on you. Celebrate yourself for coming up with these models! As you are on a bit of a “high” moment after coming up with them, take time to practice them. Write them on post-it notes and put them where you can see them. Expect that on the harder days they may be a bit tough to believe so create a backup plan/ladder thoughts/hard day protocol you can use.
Set your intention now to really study yourself as you go through the next few months at your job. We can’t wait to hear all about your progress and results in the community.
