Hi,
I have noticed recently that I tend to beat myself up for pausing and re-starting things. I had some coaching on this and realised that I’m in the driving seat, driving the train! But I get this shame and self-judgement when it comes to picking back up the things I have paused.
For example, i’ve posted less on socials recently for my business but want to start posting more – but it feels like this big thing to pick up again.
Is there anything I can say to myself or do, to cut through that unnecessary shame and judgement noise so I can take action and task switch more efficiently?
Many thanks
Answer:
You’ve already got an awareness of it, which is a huge win. You recognize that it’s optional to add shame and judgement. Why does it make sense that your brain is using shame and judgement to keep you from picking up social media again?
What is it telling you if you really listen?
