Struggling to dins time to use the resources and thinking of cancelling my membership.

I signed up in March after reading Pwriod Power and figuring out that I have PMDD. I was given the options of medication, going on the pill or fitting a coil by the GP, none of which were appealing for me.
However, since signing up, I have achieved very little. Life is super busy ans stressful so I never seem to make time to read/watch any of the materials/coaching calls. I don’t fully understand what people are referring to in the groups and the language used, I’m just not sure this will work for me. So much so, I feel like I’m spending a lot of money on something I don’t even utilise.
Before cancelling, it suggested I watch a couple of videos and submit a question for coaching so here I am. How do I use this to suit me please? Or should I cancel and come back when I have time to focus on this?

Answer:

We *love* that you’ve brought this to Ask A Coach because there’s so much in this one submission that we can coach you on but for now, let’s focus on ONE thing…
You mentioned that you ‘have achieved very little’ – what do you want to achieve and why? Be specific in your answer.
Folks with PMDD tend to beat themselves up for not achieving things and it’s helpful to understand why you’re approaching things this way. If it’s showing up in your experience in the membership, it will also be showing up in other areas of your life.
Your Thought; ‘I’m just not sure this will work for me’ is likely showing up in other places too, and a thought like that rarely creates a desired result of something working for you because you’ve decided in advance that it won’t. What would this working for you look like; how would you know it’s working? Bring back your responses and we can continue to coach.
