Summer goal feedback

I have taken some time to pick my summer goal and the coaching sessions have really helped with inspiration. Please could you give me any tips / feedback you have on the following:
Goal: Get super strong
Rocks:
– 3 strength training sessions a week in addition to existing exercise (netball, swimming, tennis)
– Sprinkle strength training throughout the day in breaks, instead of going on my phone
– Nutrition – eat good food (enough protein, fibre and carbs) to support my training
How will I know I have achieved the goal?
Feel super strong
Done the strength training (3x sessions per week)
Can do a press up and a pull up

This seems like a great goal – a few questions for you, what does “Super Strong” mean to you? The way you describe knowing you have achieved the goal is very measurable, can you use this for a guide as to what super strong looks and feels like to you?
Secondly, when you think about your rock of sprinkling in strength training in your day instead of going on your phone, how do you respond? Notice what your body does, your feelings do, and your brain says. Get curious about what they’re communicating and why. Bring it all back to us and we’ll keep coaching!
