I came up with a model, but I am still a bit in doubt whether or not I am doing to models ‘right’, so it would be helpful for me if you could give me some feedback on the intentional model.

Wonderful job. It looks like the feeling you want is safe or confident. You can make multiple models and put one feeling in each. Then come up with a thought that helps you create those feelings. Each model should have one thought and one feeling just so it is clear. Your thought will tie to the result you want as well.
What thought, what sentence in your brain, could you believe that would make you feel confident?
Some examples are: I’m becoming a person who knows how to communicate their ideas.
I’ve totally got this.
I have everything I need to create what I envision.
